Store Dashboard
Store Dashboard provides an overview on the most important KPIs in the store. In the scheduler the frequency of data refreshing can be set up.
The Store Dashboard is divided into Store Dashboard Performance and Store Dashboard Exceptions.
On the Store Dashboard Performance the KPIs are shown, that reflect the situation in the store:
KPI | Meaning |

Gross Sales | Sales inclusive VAT |
Net Sales | Sales exclusive VAT |
No. of Sales Transactions | Number of not voided transactions of type “Sales” |
Average Transaction Value | Net sales per time period divided through no. of Sales Transactions |
No. of items sold | Sales volume |
Units per Transaction (UPT) | The average number of sold items per transaction |
Traffic Counter | Number of persons, who has visited the store. This value can be entered manually in the statement |
Conversion Rate | Follows from the traffic counter and shows, how much Net Sales per customer was generated on average |
By clicking on a number, the performance indicators per Sales Person can be shown on Store Dashboard Performance.
On the Store Dashboard Exceptions the KPIs from the transactions are shown, that take place directly at POS:

No. of voided Transactions | The number of voided transactions on the POS |
No. of voided Lines | Number of voided transaction lines on the POS |
Returns - No. of Transactions | Number of transactions of type “Returns” |
Returns - Qty. | Number of items, that were returned |
Returns - Value | Value of returned items |
No. of Returns without Receipt | Number of items, that were returned without a receipt |
By clicking on a number, the performance indicators per Cashier can be shown on Store Dashboard Exceptions.
